Each year, the United States makes 10,000 visas available for all investor immigrants. 5,000 of those visas are set aside specifically for those who apply under a pilot program involving the USCIS-designated “Regional Center,” such as a Gateway Secured Regional Center. 

Gateway Secured Regional Center is a California cooperation specializing in the development of commercial real estate properties under the Immigrant Investment Pilot Program of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS.) Gateway Secured Regional Center has been approved for development projects located in Southern California, specifically in Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside and San Bernadino County.
The investment must lead to the creation of at least 10 American jobs per investor. In return, the investor, his or her spouse, and any unmarried children under the age of 21 may become eligible to receive permanent U.S. Green Cards, allowing them to live and work anywhere in the United States.
